After a thorough check, we realized that the control panel is not actually brand new; it seems to be a secondhand item. According to the customer, the autogate repairer dig out the control panel from his car’s trunk, claiming it was new, and charged him RM 700.

Here is what we did for his autogate. We spent half an hour solving his problem. After shutting off his main switch for 15 minutes for a reset, the autogate resumed its usual operation. Additionally the customer asked us to reset the dip switch on his remote control because he lost one unit a few days ago and he was worried about somone can open his autogate.
