This morning, we received a call inquiry for DNOR 712 autogate repair service. The customer was very angry and told us that he had been cheated by another autogate technician. They paid RM 1500 for one pair of arms, and they worked for only a few days. Now both arms failed to operate. The arm autogate is still not working, even though the customer replaced the battery in the remote control.
