We first installed this Powergates Underground Swing Autogate for a customer in Shah Alam back in 2008. The system performed very well for many years and operated smoothly without issues. However, starting about three years ago, the customer began facing problems such as the gate moving slowly and making loud noises when opening or closing.

At that time, we were still able to help by replacing parts such as the motor board and gate motor, allowing the system to continue running. But recently, the repair cost for the underground system has increased a lot, and spare parts have become very difficult to find in the market.

After our latest inspection, we found that the right-side underground motor had completely failed, and the main control board was damaged due to lightning. Considering the high cost and limited spare parts, the customer decided that it was time to upgrade to a new autogate system.

Once everything was tested, the customer was very satisfied with how smooth, quiet, and strong the new Tronica® system performed.
